I grew up on a farm in central Kansas. I have lived in Kansas most of my life. My favorite sports were hunting and tennis. I did most of my duck hunting at Tuttle Creek, Milford and Council Grove. I gave up duck hunting for about 10 years when I moved to Kansas City. I retired from industrial hygiene and moved to NW Arkansas. I started teaching chemistry at a community college 13 years ago. One of the teachers got me back into hunting. Although Arkansas is known for its duck hunting, it definitely isn't in NW Arkansas. I usually go to SE Kansas. Because of work and the distance, I don't get to do very many hunts.
